Dr. Eugene Merrill and the chronology of Ai, not AI.

OpenAI is an Internet service I use every day. I pay for the privilege.
OpenAI is a research company that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to benefit humanity.
When I need a photo, I pay DALL-E, a lap of OpenAi, to generate a 35 mm photo without copyrights.
Researching my next article on The 4 Horsemen, I found a video from 2014 from Dr. Eugene Merrill entitled “Ai and the Chronology of the Old Testament.”
Dr. Merrill is a Hebrew and chronological scholar of the Hebrew scriptures (e.g., the Old Testament).
I thought Dr. Merrill’s 2014 video was about AI (artificial intelligence).
“Are you serious? Dr. Eugene Merrill is making a video in 2014 about the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help people with biblical chronology?”
After I watched the video, I realized Dr. Merril despises technology.
The Ai to which Dr. Merrill referred was the ancient Canaanite city called Ai.
Ai in Hebrew means “ruin.” AI in English means “Artificial Intelligence.”
When the Jews entered Canaan, Ai became the second city (after Jericho) they were to destroy.
The Ai of Hebrew Scripture is not the AI of American culture.
I’m still laughing.
Ai for Dr. Merrill means something way different than AI for me.
Soon, I will post Part II of The 4 Horsemen, which will show how the rise and fall of empires throughout history follow an established biblical principle that those nations and empires that reject Divine Law are brought down by The 4 Horsemen of disease, war, economic collapse, and sudden deaths. I’ll bridge the ancient scholarship of Dr. Eugene Merrill, who sees Ai as a ruined Canaanite city, with the modern biblical scholarship that uses AI (artificial intelligence) to unite the ancient Hebrew lunar calendar with the modern solar Gregorian calendar.
The Creator sends the 4 Horsemen to run the cyclical track of judgment and salvation in the nations as the LORD brings down the proud and raises the humble who trust Him.
Ai matters.
Both Ais.
The Ai Caananite city that the LORD caused to turn into ruin, and the AI (artificial intelligence) that helps biblical scholarship advance in 2023.
