The riots currently taking place have a different twist than those other occasions you mention when Federal troops were deployed to keep order.

Those previous occasions could be identified as "civil unrest" in the sense that the protestors could be considered as US citizens protesting/rebelling against the laws and rule of their own land.

In the case of contemporary civil unrest and violent rioting, whether related to the antisemitic driven events on campuses and in communities that promote Hamas and oppose Israel, or even the violent events taken to burn and destroy properties related to Elon Musk, and certainly those taking places by invaders by Central/South American illegals (cartel ambassadors?) in California, they all seem to be foreign aggressors who have invaded our country. In the case of those possible "American" citizens participating while waving Hamas flags and actively destroying property and resisting local law enforcement, they are serving as agents enlisted by those who are foreign enemies of the United States.

The difference is in the mission of our troops to enforce domestic rule and order or to fight to protect our US territory from hostile invasion of our outside, foreign, enemies.

The contemporary operations by "foreign aggressors" within our own homeland is virtually unprecedented because the United States has never before opened its borders to willingly invite in those who hate the United States and are bent on its demise. The "open border" policies of the previous 4 years, in particular, have brought us to the point of having to fight a war against foreign aggressors right here on US soil.

We can be sure that extremely well-organized and financed hostile institutions like the Central American Cartels and radical Islamic forces from abroad, took full advantage of entering our country unhindered and have established their own networks of operations throughout our country. It will take years, if even possible, to uproot their veins of violent and destructive domination. We will no doubt witness the same injection of their representatives throughout our law enforcement, judicial, and political system as they have so effectively accomplished in their own homeland base.

No longer are we protected by having the natural barriers of the Oceans on our East and West coast.

Wade, these cycles of rulers in the US remind me of the Old Testament accounts of the transition of kings of Israel. Several wicked rulers leading the people to descend deeper and deeper into depravity, then a sane king leading them out of the abyss for a season, at least. Do you think those reform kings had to deal with the mess of rebellious residents like these of today or perhaps the sovereignty of the King was no disputed?

This situation represents exactly what I talked about in a previous post; the fight between urban and rural populations. Inland Californians should be able to divorce themselves from the filth of LA/SFO. California as a whole has more republicans than any other state yet their voice is completely drowned out by the godless parasites on the coast.
