The 9th District Court of Appeals has ruled the ‘COVID-19 vaccine’ is not a vaccine.

Plaintiffs injured by this experimental treatment can now use the court’s ruling in their respective cases to sue companies like Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or Novavax for damages, lawsuits that can’t be filed against companies who make vaccines.

Big Pharma, which has made millions on forced experimental treatments by government agencies, corporations, hospitals, and schools, is about to be hit with tens of thousands of lawsuits by people who claim to have been injured or by families of loved ones they say were killed by the experimental treatment pushed falsely as “a vaccine.”
