I received my training for chaplaincy work from the Tulsa Police Department over forty years ago. Besides working with the TPD for five years, I also worked with the Garfield County Sheriff’s Department, the United States Department of Justice, the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA, and a handful of other local, state, and federal agencies, primarily counseling officers and agents.

I’ve been a pastor for over forty years. For five years, I served a small church in southeastern Oklahoma (1982-1987). Then, Rachelle and I moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where we served at a large inner-city church (1987-1992). After Tulsa, we moved to Enid, Oklahoma, where we served at the same wonderful for thirty years (1992-2022).
