'The One' - A Movie
Due in theaters or streaming worldwide this coming Thanksgiving 2025.
On Thanksgiving 2025, a new major motion picture film will be released entitled The One.
Filmed in Enid and starring Martin Sheen, Nick Zano, Jana Kramer, Olivia Sanabia and a Hollywood first-film introduction of Noah Redclay and Ashlyn Tomlin (the daughter of Chris Tomlin), this movie has a possibility, by God’s grace, of becoming a Christmas classic.
Kyle Williams and Carol Williams, founders and creators of the The One Christmas Tree in Enid, are executive producers of The One.
Kyle and Carol have been Rachelle and my friends for decades, and we’ve had the privilege of traveling the world with them. We well remember the evening we were having dinner in 2018 and they said:
“We want to do something that puts Enid, Oklahoma on the map.”
Just a few years later, The One Christmas Tree and The One movie are a reality, the the results of Kyle and Carol Williams’ love for Enid and the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

“The movie The One is an inspirational holiday film about Hawk, a Native American foster teen who ages out of the foster care system (and comes to an awareness of the true meaning of Christmas and future hope after traveling to Enid and becoming involved with people and events surrounding the Christ Tree).
The film will feature original music from the American rock band We The Kings, which will contribute a new single, “Are You Here?” — inspired by the children’s book of the same name, written by lead singer Travis Clark’s wife, Jenny Robinson-Clark. Both song and book will be published and released early 2025.
The film also features performances by Ben Hall (“Killers of the Flower Moon,” “Minari”), Leah N.H. Philpott (“Hell Hath No Fury,” “Country Gold”), P.J. Sosko (“The Girls on the Bus,” “The Equalizer”), Bruce Davis (“All Eyez On Me,” “The Vast of Night”), James Austin Kerr (“Queen of the South,” “Reagan”) and Cook (“Awake,” “If Looks Could Kill”).”

My friend, Debbie Kaufman, said of Martin Sheen choice to be in The One:
‘Anyone who knows anything about Martin Sheen knows he is very discerning on the movies he is in. He is not a lightweight. This movie picques my interest because Sheen chose to say yes to the script. That tells me this movie is going to be a interesting one to say the least.’
Debbie is correct. I had the opportunity to ask Martin two questions during filming, and the answers he gave were remarkable.
