You may have heard that Lloyd Austin, the United States Secretary of Defense, entered the hospital on January 1, 2024, with complications from prostate cancer.
He was in ICU for several days without the White House knowing.
But you may not have heard during all the noise around the missing Defense Secretary that the United States Supreme Court has taken up considering a case called Robert v. Austin.
When COVID-19 began spreading worldwide, the Department of Defense demanded that soldiers get the experimental COVID-19 vaccination.
Several military personnel, including U.S. Marine Daniel Robert, objected to being forced to receive an experimental vaccination.
Dan Robert filed a lawsuit against Lloyd Austin and the United States government.
On January 5, 2024, the Supreme Court began hearing arguments in Robert v. Austin. The Supreme Court will rule later this spring if they’ll take up the appeal of Robert v. Austin.
