Lara Logan and Free Speech
The former CBS Chief Foreign Affairs reporter gave an unforgettable speech this week.

Rachelle and I had the pleasure of meeting Lara Logan last spring. This week, at the invitation of U.S. Senator Ron Johnson, Lara gave one of the most moving speeches you’ll ever hear. I am placing the video of her speech below.
After she spoke, Sen. Johnson asked Lara Logan who was responsible for targeting her during her career. Logan took a sip of water and, with the same calm demeanor she displays in her testimony, Lara said:
“I reported the truth about Benghazi. I was attacked by one of those NGOs that masquerades as a nonpartisan watchdog in violation of its 501c3 status. It occupies a highly partisan position. I’m talking about Media Matters for America.”
