“As Jesus went along, he saw a man blind from birth. Jesus said to him, “Night is coming… While in the world, I am the Light of the World.” After saying this, Jesus spit on the ground, made some mud with His saliva, and put it on the man’s eyes.  “Go,” Jesus told the blind man, “Wash in the Pool of Siloam.” So he went and washed, and came home seeing” (John 9:1-7).
