DEI Must DIE or We Fly and Die
The FAA wants to hire the mentally disabled in a new DEI initiative.

Yesterday, the news reported that the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States promoted a new program under its Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) policy on its website.
The FAA is making a push to hire the mentally incompetent.
Equity Violates the Laws of Nature
The FAA may profess the goal of “providing the safest, most efficient aerospace system in the world” (see below), but once you commit to the absurd principles of DEI, the goal of excellence is a lost cause.
Nature has no equity, and there should not be equity in the hiring process.
A person should be hired based on merit, experience, and abilities, especially at the Federal Aviation Administration. Period.
To “hire” the mentally disturbed or the psychiatrically disabled because they are “the least represented group of people hired by the FAA” is to open the door at the FAA to a future charge of unintentional homicide.

It seems natural for a person with a few screws loose to keep screws loose.
Nobody wants the mentally ill working maintenance on their commercial airplanes. To enforce equity and place the mentally and psychologically unstable on a flight line with the competent, there must be FORCE exerted from the top down.
